I am the California attorney referred to in some of the postings. My office telephone number is (831) 462-7431, and I willingly take calls at that number during business hours. I will not respond any more to messages left at my private cell phone number. In fact, my cell phone isn't even on most of the time.I have been asked by the survivors to handle the wind up and dissolution of NexL, if any funds become available for that purpose. If funds do become available, I will post a message on this site inviting the written submission of all claims for purchase orders not filled, probably to the Santa Cruz DA's Consumer Affairs division. While I doubt there would ever be enough money to pay 100 cents on the dollar to all creditors, there could be partial payments. Until I know if there are funds available, I have nothing to work with, and nothing really useful to report.
