The naturist village at Cap d'Agde has room for 20,000 people. Most stay in self-catering apartments, while others go for the day, buying a pass which gives them access to the two-mile long wide sandy beach, the Plage Naturiste, and all the village’s facilities. These include supermarkets, boutiques, a bank, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a variety theatre.
Most of the apartments, usually with either a patio or balcony, are in two-storey buildings surrounded by lawns and gardens. There is also a 3-star hotel, the Eve, which has 48 air-conditioned rooms and a pool, beside a small marina, Port Ambonne, In addition a well-equipped campsite with 2524 pitches occupies a separate area adjoining the beach..
